Jones Lang LaSalle
Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), a global real estate services firm, presented RAM USA with the Supplier of Distinction Award (SODA) for Innovation in 2016 and 2017. The award showcases the industry’s leading vendors that help deliver the highest caliber of service, value and innovation to JLL’s clients. For more than a decade, RAM USA has conducted innovative aerial infrared scans, visual roof surveys and façade inspections, written the specifications and managed the bids and project management services once the building evaluations were complete for JLL.

Ohio Facilities Construction Commission
The Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (OFCC) has chosen RAM USA to provide engineering, surveying, energy, commissioning, and architectural services. The OFCC manages capital projects for state agencies, universities, colleges and schools. It also manages grants for cultural facilities and school security programs.
Registered Roof Consultant® (RRC)
Registered Roof Consultants (RRCs) are unbiased experts who understand the functionality and aesthetics of various roofing materials. Suppliers, product manufacturers and builders are all distinct entities. An RRC is a building owner’s consultant specializing in roof construction and other related issues for the current and future iterations of the building.

Registered Roof Observer® (RRO)
